Galaxy is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the sales department of GK8, a Galaxy company. This role is pivotal in driving business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing strategic partnerships. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), the VP of Sales will manage the sales team and engage in the full selling cycle of GK8’s blockchain solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the blockchain industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.
What this role involves:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans.
- Overseeing daily operations of the sales team.
- Setting sales targets and monitoring performance.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts.
- Managing the sales budget.
- Actively selling GK8’s blockchain solutions.
- Building and maintaining client relationships.
- Conducting high-level negotiations and closing deals.
- Representing GK8 at industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role within the blockchain industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and fintech solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
