Senior MLOps Engineer

Job Description

Truecaller is seeking a Senior MLOps Engineer to spearhead the transformation of their MLOps platform. This role involves reimagining and rebuilding the platform to facilitate fast, scalable, and cost-effective machine learning model development and deployment. The Senior MLOps Engineer will also establish best practices for platform utilization and enhance developer productivity.This position is crucial for accelerating model training, deployment, and experimentation, directly impacting Truecaller's ability to deploy models rapidly and support automated machine learning (AutoML) initiatives.Responsibilities:

• Lead the MLOps transformation by designing and building necessary infrastructure.
• Understand developer and organizational needs to create a roadmap.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure fast, scalable, and cost-efficient model training, development, and monitoring.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in MLOps, AI, and cloud computing to drive innovation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining tools and platforms for feature engineering, model training, model deployment, model monitoring, and A/B testing model performance.
• Strong programming skills in Python and shell scripting.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, ONNX).
• Strong experience in cloud platforms (GCP) and cloud-native tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
