Job Description
Galaxy is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead the sales department for GK8, a Galaxy company. The Vice President of Sales will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and will be responsible for managing the sales team and engaging in the full selling cycle of GK8’s blockchain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the blockchain industry and a proven track record in sales leadership.He/she will be in charge of:
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans
  • Overseeing daily operations of the sales team
  • Setting sales targets and monitoring performance
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team
  • Collaborating with the CRO and executive team
  • Preparing and presenting sales reports
  • Managing the sales budget
  • Coordinating with marketing, product development, and customer support teams
  • Actively selling GK8’s blockchain solutions
  • Identifying and targeting key prospects
  • Conducting high-level negotiations and closing deals
  • Representing GK8 at industry events
  • Staying updated on industry trends
  • Providing feedback to the product development team
  • Developing and delivering sales presentations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the blockchain industry
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of blockchain technology and fintech solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools
