Truecaller is seeking a Product Director to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the product roadmap for the team that powers its core search and identification capabilities. • Defining and championing the product strategy for the team.
• Leading the development of AI-driven innovations.
• Ensuring seamless, fast, and accurate search and caller identification services.
• Driving roadmap execution in collaboration with data science, engineering, and design teams.
• Managing key Search KPIs.
• Building, mentoring, and scaling the team.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in AI-driven products, search technologies, or fraud/spam prevention.
• Strong background in data-intensive environments.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to define and articulate a compelling product vision.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of AI, data pipelines, and backend architecture.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
