Job Description

Truecaller, a leading caller ID and spam-blocking service, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Growth Hacking team in Stockholm, Sweden. The company aims to make communication smarter and safer. The Senior Product Manager will focus on driving growth, retention, and conversion optimizations for Truecaller's native Android application.

Role involves:

  • Defining and executing growth, retention, and conversion strategies.
  • Developing and validating hypotheses through A/B testing.
  • Collaborating with Android engineers, product designers, and data teams.
  • Identifying key metrics and analyzing user behavior.
  • Taking ownership of product areas and leading small teams.
  • Communicating insights and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in mobile applications.
  • Experience working with Android engineers, product designers, and stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering small-scale projects or leading a team.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
