Truecaller is seeking an Associate Director - Enterprise Sales to lead its enterprise sales team in Mumbai, India. This role involves leading a diverse team that handles enterprise segments of customers across India and driving sales growth of Truecaller's identity, risks, and communication suite of enterprise products. The ideal candidate will leverage existing relationships and build new ones across a diverse ecosystem of customers, from large enterprises to marquee brands and partners.
- Drive quota-focused sales motion with efficiency.
- Mentor and empower the next level of sales leadership and teams.
- Identify and drive scalable sales engagements with high-growth enterprise customers.
- Maintain an active deals pipeline with a high-velocity conversion rate.
- Accurately forecast and meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly quotas.
- Build success stories with enterprise customers across segments.
- 14+ years of experience in value-based selling of enterprise product portfolios.
- 8+ years of experience in leading diversified outbound sales teams.
- Consistent track record of exceeding revenue quota goals.
- Experience in driving high-velocity and sustainable big-ticket size deals.
- Excellent track record in leading hunting and key accounts management.
- Structured and process-oriented in sales-focused operational cadences and reporting.
- Good understanding of SaaS/CPaaS/telco products.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent team player with relationship-building and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience as a trusted business partner to customer leadership teams.
- Good at empowering and growing sales leadership and teams.
- Self-driven and highly motivated.
