Job Description
Truecaller is seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Enterprise Business team in Mumbai. This role involves working with key customers across various industries to drive the adoption of Truecaller's suite of enterprise products. The Senior Account Manager will leverage their network and build new customer relationships to grow the business.

Role involves:
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for Named Accounts in the West region.
  • Managing existing customers in Mumbai.
  • Mining opportunities to meet sales quotas.
  • Ensuring revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell.
  • Working with Customer Success to drive retention and adoption.
  • Building a large deal pipeline with a high conversion rate.
  • Mapping key stakeholders and CXOs to close deals faster.
  • Identifying and engaging high-potential accounts.
  • Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements.
  • Monitoring account health metrics and preparing reports.
  • Forecasting and meeting monthly revenue targets.

Requirements:
  • 9+ years of experience in value-based selling of B2B/SaaS/Enterprise products.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding revenue goals.
  • Well-versed in selling to customers in India with a CXO network.
  • Experience in account management and acquisition of enterprise-grade customers.
  • Hands-on experience with farming, mining, and expanding revenue.
  • Strong experience in handling accounts ranging from $100K to $500K ACV.
  • Experience running end-to-end sales cycles and handling negotiations.
  • Practitioner of consultative selling across CX, Risk Management, and MarTech product lines.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills.
