Head of Data Analytics

Envoy is seeking a Head of Data Analytics to lead a team of data experts and drive the company's next phase of growth. The Head of Data Analytics will report to the CFO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve the role that data plays within each of them. This is a hybrid position that requires 4 days a week (Monday - Thursday) in Envoy's San Francisco HQ.

Role involves:

• Building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing team of data analysts, analytics engineers, and data scientists
• Driving the company’s data culture
• Providing actionable, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Setting the vision for the data strategy and architecture
• Collaborating across product and GTM teams
• Guiding the evolution of our data models and schemas
• Developing and owning instrumentation plans across all our products and apps
• Developing a framework for experimentation
• Building and fostering a talent pipeline

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, or a similar role
• Minimum 4 years of experience directly leading analytics teams
• Strong experience in data pipelines, ETL design, data warehousing, and experimentation platforms
• Experience and comfort with Redshift, DBT & Looker
• Mastery of Python and SQL
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in designing and communicating dashboards and reports
• Experience working directly and communicating insights to C-level / executive stakeholders
