Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical development experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performance engineering team.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- A strong track record of rapidly delivering high-impact projects.
- Experience running agile/scrum processes for an engineering team.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top engineering talent.
