Envoy is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team dedicated to building a Workplace Management system. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of work on a global scale. The Engineering Manager will be a key figure in driving execution, providing technical leadership, developing people, recruiting talent, and engaging in hands-on development work.
Role involves:
- Setting clear goals and ensuring team delivery.
- Recruiting, growing, and developing a high-performing engineering team.
- Planning roadmaps and inspiring the team with a compelling vision.
- Serving as a technical lead and people coach.
- Building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional peers.
- Promoting engineering excellence and establishing metrics for improvement.
- Contributing to the Envoy engineering brand through various channels.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on technical development experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing a high-performance engineering team.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field.
- A strong track record of rapidly delivering high-impact projects.
- Experience running agile/scrum processes for an engineering team.
- Demonstrated ability to attract and retain top engineering talent.
