Job Description
Envoy is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, Backend to join their team. This role focuses on scaling the Envoy Workplace product, which is experiencing rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be a senior engineer capable of full-stack development but with a backend focus. They will lead major product features, design systems, and mentor other engineers. This is an onsite position requiring 4 days a week in the San Francisco HQ office.

Role Involves:
  • Designing core frontend and backend software components.
  • Driving system design and architecture.
  • Leading engineering projects to completion.
  • Advocating for quality and ambitious product goals.
  • Advocating for the end-user.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of software engineering or coding experience.
  • BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Comfortable and energized operating in a fast-moving organization.
  • Passionate about the product and working with Enterprise-sized businesses.
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated.
