Job Description

Envoy is seeking a Member of Technical Staff, iOS to join their team. This role involves building core product features for Envoy Workplace, a rapidly growing revenue stream. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full development and release cycle, contributing to the app's quality and scalability.

This onsite position requires 4 days a week (Monday-Thursday) in our San Francisco HQ office.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing product experiences in collaboration with engineers, designers, and product managers.
• Scaling the Envoy mobile app's usage to tens of thousands of customers.
• Designing core iOS application components.
• Conducting technical design and code reviews.
• Delivering high-quality code.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience with iOS Development and proficiency in Swift.
• BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience with Swift Concurrency and SwiftUI.
• Experience leading large projects from a technical perspective.
• Solid experience with functional reactive programming (RxSwift, AsyncSequence, Combine).
• Strong understanding of scalable mobile architecture.
• Strong communication skills.
