Job Description

Envoy is seeking a Product Manager to drive the growth of its self-service business. The Product Manager will lead teams to build products and features customers use and love. This role involves transforming data insights into actionable strategies, championing a culture of experimentation, and building a world-class Growth team.Envoy's workplace platform has redefined how companies welcome visitors, improve the onsite experience, book desks and meeting rooms, manage deliveries, and access accurate and unified workplace data in 16,000 locations around the globe by designing products that solve common workplace problems.Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy.
• Leverage data to identify key metrics and track performance.
• Design and run A/B tests and experiments.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize the self-serve funnel.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to develop product roadmaps.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
• Focus on driving revenue growth by improving conversion rates.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a Product Growth role with direct experience in scaling B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record of driving significant growth in a SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
