Lending Analyst/Associate at Galaxy

Galaxy is seeking a Lending Analyst/Associate to join their team in Hong Kong. Galaxy is building products and services to help the world invest in economic progress. They provide platform solutions custom-made for a digitally native ecosystem across three complementary operating businesses: Global Markets, Asset Management, and Digital Infrastructure Solutions.

The Lending Analyst/Associate will assist with the management and day-to-day operations of the lending business and portfolio. This role involves counterparty credit analysis, loan exposure and risk management, market risk analysis, and interaction with Sales and Operations teams. They will also drive process improvements, partner with internal teams, and support treasury asset and cash liquidity management.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with management and day-to-day operations of lending business and portfolio
• Assist with counterparty credit analysis, loan exposure and risk management, and market risk analysis
• Manage and facilitate counterparty-facing interactions with Sales and Operations teams
• Drive process improvements and partner with teams across the firm
• Assist with treasury asset and cash liquidity to support day-to-day business operations across the firm
• Detailed data and reporting management

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Bachelor's degree (STEM/Finance a plus)
• Excel/modeling skills
• Finance or math background
