Job Description
Envoy is seeking a Post Sales Solutions Engineer to join their Customer Success organization. This role is based in San Francisco and requires 4 days a week in the office. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with customer success, sales, product, engineering, and finance teams. They will assist account executives with the post-sales process, including technical demos, security reviews, and troubleshooting.
The role involves:
- Assisting in all aspects of the post-sales process.
- Working with customer IT, security, and legal teams.
- Leading the implementation and integration of solutions.
- Understanding customer business requirements.
- Acting as a liaison between customer-facing teams and Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
- Advocating for Envoy’s customers.
- Educating coworkers and customers on complex technical issues.
- Becoming well-versed in Envoy’s Developer & Integration Platform.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a technical solutions engineering or partner engineering role, alternatively 7+ years in a technical account management role, or 5+ years as an Implementation Engineer role
- Strong SQL skills.
- Familiarity with git and command-line tools.
- Understanding of APIs and API architecture.
- Ability to write simple scripts.
- Intro to 1+ years of Typescript development experience.
- Excellent understanding of modern (ES6+) JavaScript.
