Job Description
Envoy is seeking a Pre Sales Solutions Engineer to join their Customer Success organization in London. This hybrid role requires 4 days a week in the London office. The Solutions Engineering team works across various departments, assisting with pre-sales processes, security, and customer issue resolution. They act as a liaison between customer-facing teams and product development, advocating for customer needs and influencing product direction.

Role involves:
  • Assisting the Sales team with technical demos and security reviews.
  • Working with customer IT, security, and legal teams.
  • Acting as a liaison between customer-facing teams and Product, Engineering, and Design teams.
  • Identifying and resolving product bugs.
  • Educating coworkers on technical issues.
  • Understanding Envoy’s Developer & Integration Platform.

Requirements:
  • 6+ years in Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Technical Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Partner Engineering roles; alternatively 7+ years in a Technical Account Management
  • Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Familiarity with git and command-line tools.
  • Basic understanding of APIs.
  • Ability to write simple Ruby and/or Python scripts.
  • Willingness to travel to Prospect or Partner engagements (<~30% annually).
