Job Description
Axon is seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer - Automation to join their team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Axon is on a mission to Protect Life and is building an Axon Automation test framework for Connected devices. This framework aims to eliminate paperwork, improve product quality, and reduce manual QA effort.
The Senior Software QA Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end testing and release of new features, ensuring high standards of quality. They will manage bugs and product backlogs, collaborate with development and other teams, and execute and maintain UI and API automation suites.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end test and release of new features.
- Guarantee quality of products.
- Manage bugs and product backlog.
- Collaborate with Development, Information Security, Site Reliability Engineering, Product Management, and QA.
- Execute & maintain UI, API automation suites.
- Debug and correct script and data issues in automation suites.
- Understand automation framework and add automation test cases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software testing experience.
- Experience in web, desktop, functional and exploratory testing.
- Experience in automation tests for UI, API, and performance testing.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on technical skills to implement and maintain automation test system.
- Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.
- Good time management and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate with colleagues in US.
