GOAT Group is seeking a Manager, CRM to lead seller communications for its global reselling app, alias. This role involves managing seller messaging across owned channels, understanding seller motivations, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and retention. The Manager, CRM will collaborate with various teams, including Brand, Product Marketing, and Data, to implement data-driven strategies and improve seller lifetime value.
Responsibilities: - Manage seller messaging for owned channels (Email, Push, IAM).
- Understand seller motivations and user personas.
- Oversee A/B testing and quarterly calendar planning.
- Partner with Brand and Merchandising on content and product strategies.
- Establish regular campaign health checks against core KPIs.
- Present actionable insights to the team biweekly.
- Strategize campaigns and automations for scalable execution.
- Manage playbooking and documentation.
Requirements: - 4-5+ years of lifecycle/CRM experience, preferably in mobile apps.
- Strong growth marketing background.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo.
- Comfort with audience segmentation, IP deliverability, and GDPR.
- Ability to think critically on behalf of the user (seller).
- Data-driven and well-organized with strong project management skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Intermediate knowledge in HTML/CSS.
- Collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams.
- Experience working in markets outside of North America.
