Senior Project Manager - Respiratory

Job Description

ClinChoice is seeking a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join their team in North America. The Senior Clinical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects, ensuring quality of services in accordance with contractual obligations, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and other regulations. Previous experience working with a CRO and managing oncology and respiratory trials is required.Role involves:

• Managing and coordinating clinical projects.
• Managing project-specific services.
• Interacting with sponsors and investigators.
• Collecting and managing study data documentation.
• Managing project budgets and timelines.
• Coordinating Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Monitors.
• Collaborating with biometrics team and other project team members.
• Assisting in preparing protocols and clinical study reports.
• Delivering project-specific training.
• Organizing and participating in meetings.
• Providing project updates.
• Preparing SOPs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, medical, or paramedical discipline.
• 8+ years of clinical research experience in Project Management.
• Previous experience managing oncology and/or respiratory studies.
• Previous CRO experience.
• Excellent knowledge of clinical trial operations, GCP/ICH Guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
