Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for providing vision, strategic counsel, and agency expertise to a group of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, OTC, medical device, and consumer industries.

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and lead relationships with existing clients.
  • Advise clients on strategic issues.
  • Support sales activity and new business development.
  • Advise on new technology development.
  • Lead and coordinate RFP responses and client presentations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
  • 5+ years of applicable business, sales, or consulting experience.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years leading major programs and projects for Global 1000 companies.
  • Clinical, safety, or regulatory domain knowledge.
  • Strong executive level presentation and communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with a CRO and managing pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts required.
