Job Description
ClinChoice is seeking a Client Success Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid position in the New Jersey/Pennsylvania area. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for providing vision, strategic counsel, and agency expertise to a group of clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, OTC, medical device, and consumer industries.
Responsibilities: - Cultivate and lead relationships with existing clients.
- Advise clients on strategic issues.
- Support sales activity and new business development.
- Advise on new technology development.
- Lead and coordinate RFP responses and client presentations.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field.
- 5+ years of applicable business, sales, or consulting experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years leading major programs and projects for Global 1000 companies.
- Clinical, safety, or regulatory domain knowledge.
- Strong executive level presentation and communication skills.
- Previous experience working with a CRO and managing pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts required.
