Galileo Financial Technologies is seeking a Director of Delivery Excellence to drive strategic digital transformation and operational optimization. Reporting to the VP of Delivery & Customer Success, this role involves leading Project Managers and Scrum Masters, ensuring seamless delivery of transformation initiatives. The Director will foster a culture of operational excellence, analyze business processes, and optimize quality, speed, and cost.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence.
  • Manage and mentor a team of Project Managers and Scrum Masters.
  • Analyze key business processes and identify inefficiencies.
  • Develop an Implementation Playbook for Delivery execution.
  • Create tools like a "Complexity Estimator" for projects.
  • Establish indicators/metrics of productivity and quality.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, with a focus on delivery and the banking industry.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and leading project managers.
  • Methodical approach to processes and understanding of banking industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in implementing Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advanced level of English.
