Motive is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to foster a positive and productive work environment in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be adept at addressing employee inquiries, managing workplace facilities, and contributing to a tranquil atmosphere. This role involves developing innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience while optimizing costs.

The Workplace Experience Specialist will work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and inclusive workplace culture.

Responsibilities include:

• Addressing inquiries and complaints effectively via email, Slack, and in person.
• Assisting in developing a professional and tranquil work atmosphere for all employees.
• Responding to last-minute requests with quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Implementing innovative techniques to improve the employee experience while cutting costs.
• Building relationships with other departments and internal stakeholders.
• Encouraging an inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Three years of experience in workplace and facilities management with a reputed organization.
• Full-time onsite position from 6PM to 3AM five days a week.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and other applications.
• Prior experience working with third-party providers.
• Expertise in data configuration and record keeping.
