Motive is seeking a Regional Director to manage and develop managers who oversee global sales teams. The Regional Director will play a pivotal role in driving Motive's largest revenue stream, focusing on SMB customers. This role involves ensuring the effective operation and execution of sales teams, driving the achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets through the sale of technology products and services.Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets with a team of Sales Managers.
Establish inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline targets.
Ensure consistent execution of end-to-end sales playbook.
Deliver sales management training and coaching programs.
Teach and measure sales teams' key responsibilities, including prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business.
Maintain a current pipeline.
Leverage all Motive offerings in sales pursuits.
Share best practices in sales and negotiation skills.
Listen to calls and coach Account Executives/Sales Managers.
Understand, audit, and forecast business to leadership.
Requirements:
4+ years in International Sales, US Market preferred.
2+ years in Sales leadership (2nd line leadership preferred), technology/product company preferred.
Proven track record in B2B sales.
Exceptional contractual and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand and hold team accountable for pipeline management.
Self-starter who can take on an ambiguous project and be resourceful to get it done.
