Research Operations Lead

GWI is seeking a Research Operations Lead to join their Global Research team in London. This role is crucial for ensuring the precise and efficient execution of research, particularly concerning the company's largest dataset. The ideal candidate will be a reliable problem-solver with excellent organizational skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role requiring one day a week in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Fieldwork management (setup, quality assurance, sample distribution, monitoring, reporting)
• Driving efficiencies and automation in fieldwork processes
• Team coordination and engagement
• Quota management
• Panel communication and relationship building
• Troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Running panel pilots and analyzing data
• Coordinating costs, POs, and invoicing
• Improving data quality through fails and data cleaning

Requirements:

• Experience in a research environment with a focus on data
• Knowledge of fieldwork using panel partners across multiple countries
• Expertise in Excel, including macros
• Project management skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify issues
• Understanding of challenges in large, multi-market surveys
• Focus on quality and process adherence
• Enthusiasm for coordinating and coaching junior team members
• Track record of improving workflow
