Job Description

Optimove, a global marketing tech company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) in Tel Aviv. The CSM will be the main point of contact for clients, working with project managers and software developers to ensure client success and satisfaction. This role requires strong project management, people skills, and analytical capabilities. The CSM will be a valuable member of the customer-facing team, with excellent opportunities for learning and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Owning customer relationships as the main point of contact
  • Providing end-user customer training
  • Offering guidance and advice for system use
  • Managing projects and resolving crises
  • Educating clients on new and existing features
  • Ongoing customer enablement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year experience in relevant customer facing roles, preferably from software companies
  • Fluent in English & Hebrew with strong presentation and communication skills
  • Proactive and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand and articulate technology
  • Rich and effective interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Growth mindset
  • Experience in technology-related fields, preferably B2B SaaS
