Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI Agent)

Job Description

Cresta is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join their team in Toronto, Canada. The company aims to revolutionize contact centers by combining AI and human intelligence. The Senior Full Stack Engineer will focus on the front-end development of the AI Agent Builder platform, creating an intuitive interface for users to design and deploy AI-driven agents. This role involves collaborating with Product, Design, AI/ML, and Data teams to bring the vision to life.

Responsibilities:

• Build user interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Work across the stack, including Python/Go back-end.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers.
• Integrate AI capabilities into the product.
• Emphasize scalability and optimize performance.
• Write clean, well-documented, and tested code.
• Solve complex problems with user-focused solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Backend experience with Python and/or Go.
• Experience with databases and data pipelines (e.g., PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Elasticsearch).
• Design and UX mindset.
• Problem-solving skills.
