Job Description
Wrike is seeking a Renewal Manager to manage renewals for Enterprise and Commercial Segments. The Renewal Manager will drive successful renewals, maximize customer retention rates, and ensure timely processing of renewals. This role involves collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Business systems teams.
Responsibilities: - Manage assigned renewals book of business.
- Maximize customer retention rates.
- Provide accurate forecast.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on renewals processes.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers.
- Prepare detailed order forms and quotes.
- Maintain data quality in Salesforce.
- Create, update, or innovate new functional processes.
Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, or Account Management.
- SaaS company experience preferred.
- Fluency in English, Spanish is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently with high volumes of activities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of subscription-based renewals.
- Process-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce, CPQ, Docusign, Salesloft is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work USA Pacific or Central Time Zone hours.
