Galileo, a financial technology company, is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Senior Compensation Business Partner with LATAM expertise. This role focuses on resolving complex compensation challenges, developing meaningful reward programs, and guiding stakeholders in informed compensation decisions. The Senior Compensation Business Partner will build relationships with People Business Partners, Senior Leaders, recruiters, and finance teams.Responsibilities include:
- Consulting with People Team stakeholders and senior leadership to develop effective compensation solutions.
- Analyzing and presenting complex data to enable informed decision-making.
- Creating clear communication materials to enhance understanding of compensation programs.
- Leading compensation projects, including managing LATAM mandatory increases and local regulations.
Requirements:
- University Degree in relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in compensation design, administration, and business partnership.
- In-depth knowledge of local compensation practices in Latin America, particularly Argentina.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong analytical skills.
