Litmus, a growth-stage software company, is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO and leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in optimizing the effectiveness of the leadership team and contributing to Litmus's overall operational efficiency.

Role involves:
  • Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Handling correspondence and preparing meeting materials
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Planning and executing executive meetings and events
  • Tracking executive priorities and managing small-scale projects
  • Assisting with KPI reporting and OKR frameworks

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Demonstrable experience in program management
  • Solid understanding of KPI reporting and OKR frameworks
  • Extensive experience managing complex calendars and travel
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite

Role offers:
  • Competitive on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 to $130,000
  • Eligibility for bonus programs, equity, and benefits
