[Vector North] Producer

Job Description

Vector North, part of KRAFTON, is seeking a Producer to join their team in Prague. The Producer will play an integral role in the production team, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality. They will manage day-to-day production topics, bridge communications, identify and escalate issues, and contribute to all production-related activities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and distribute tasks.
• Monitor tasks and recommend adjustments to priorities and workloads.
• Create or alter workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Facilitate the deployment and maintenance of development workflows.
• Track project milestones and generate progress reports.
• Act as the first point of contact for production-related topics for the local team.
• Plan and document meetings and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate information-sharing between developers, departments, and branches.
• Identify and resolve communication issues.
• Manage, resolve, and escalate project-related issues to leadership.
• Keep track of team morale and flag potential issues.
• Manage requests from internal stakeholders and service departments.
• Actively coordinate QA work.
• Contribute to project documentation, communications, and reports.
• Contribute to the staffing plan.
• Contribute to the establishment and maintenance of production OKRs and KPIs.
• Participate in the planning and scheduling of project milestones.

Requirements:

• Several years of experience in game production.
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written English.
• Working knowledge of software development and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Ability to track and maintain schedules and drive a task group to completion.
• Proficiency in writing documentation.
• Ability and willingness to learn new technical skills and techniques.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and drive towards clarity.
• Strong diplomatic and problem-solving skills.
