Job Description

Squint/Opera is seeking a Producer to manage a variety of projects, including film, animation, and interactive software. The Producer will cultivate client relationships with international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions, and green tech companies. They will manage creative and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.Role involves:

• Managing project budgets ranging from £20k to £2m+.
• Planning studio and location shoots in the UK and internationally.
• Creating quotes and negotiating client contracts.
• Leading client meetings, team meetings, and production reviews.
• Managing contractors and external collaborators.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant agency/production environment, particularly with CG production.
• Experience managing complex and high-profile projects.
• Experience managing diverse and creative artist teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree qualified in a relevant field.
