What This Role Involves:

• Issuing income invoices and reconciling income statements.
• Auditing expense vouchers and consolidating withholding items.
• Establishing and clearing various income and expense accounts.
• Performing daily accounting tasks, preparing trial balances, and organizing account books.
• Managing monthly closing operations, preparing financial statements, and conducting related management reporting and analysis.
• Consolidating various tax filings.
• Arranging vendor payments and tracking receivables.
• Organizing and archiving financial data.
• Assisting business and operations teams in negotiating and resolving financial issues with clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in corporate accounting or accounting firms, with experience in general ledger or taxation.
• Ability to independently analyze financial accounting matters, with strong logical and analytical skills to solve problems.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Sheet, Google Doc or MacOS Page, Numbers.
• Intermediate or higher English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Passion for finance and a proven ability to learn and solve problems.
• Interest in understanding business operations and optimizing financial accounting operations.
• Good communication and listening skills, with a team-oriented mindset.
