Job Description
Enavate is seeking an Account Manager to drive revenue growth through a consultative and team-based sales approach. The Account Manager will strategically position solutions and services to meet clients’ needs. This role involves coordinating internal experts and external solution vendors to develop customized proposals and ensure client needs are met.

Role involves:
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships.
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Understanding client industries and business needs.
  • Developing sales plans and managing full sales cycles.
  • Preparing proposals and quotes.
  • Promoting sales of additional solutions.
  • Scheduling and facilitating product demos.
  • Driving client engagement at events.
  • Managing pipelines and sales cycles using CRM.
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Staying up-to-date on Enavate solutions and industry trends.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of three years in a sales representative role within the ERP industry.
  • Strong background in solution selling.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and Cloud technologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Experience managing sales activities through CRM systems.
  • Outgoing, relationship-driven personality.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 20%).
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and teamwork skills.
