  • Leading strategic projects with a 1-3 year impact.
  • Commercial ownership of existing growth products, such as Re-Leased Pay.
  • Increasing adoption of AI and technology to boost productivity.
  • Strengthening performance management for regional VPs.

Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in operational management and strategy development.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for leveraging data in decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management, including methodologies and tools.
