Job Description
Level.works, a SaaS platform for flexible labor in transport and logistics, is seeking a Junior Software Developer to join their team in Brno, Czech Republic. The company, founded in the Netherlands, is expanding its Solution Center in Brno and is looking for a talented individual to contribute to the scalability, product innovation, and business potential of their platform. This role offers the opportunity to specialize as a Frontend or Fullstack developer.
What this role involves:
  • Managing front-end and back-end environments
  • Developing a robust and high-quality application in an agile environment
  • Designing and managing the entire application, from the user interface to the server, database, and infrastructure
  • Being part of an international team based in Rotterdam and Brno
  • Actively contributing to the creation and shaping of the team culture at the Brno Solution Center
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology (preferred)
  • More than 1 year of experience working in an agile development environment and creating robust and scalable code
  • Knowledge of AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React is a plus
  • Openness to learning new things
  • Ability to travel to Brno and meet with the team at least once a week
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level) in both spoken and written form
  • Valid work permit for employment in the Czech Republic
