Job Description
Nourish is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to join their team in New York City. Nourish's mission is to improve people’s health by making it easy to eat well. The Strategic Finance Lead will be a foundational member of the Strategic Finance team, working closely with the CFO and the rest of the Finance org. This role involves generating data-driven insights to inform financial, strategic, and operational decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Own and improve the company operating model.
  • Partner with leaders to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Design and own reporting processes for business performance.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's financial profile.

Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, strategic finance, FP&A, or private equity / venture capital.
  • Proficiency in analytical and financial modeling.
  • Passion for understanding how business operations translate into financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and solve problems efficiently.
