Opendoor is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join its Partnerships team. This role is based in San Francisco, California, and requires a hybrid work arrangement, with some responsibilities performed in the office.

The Business Operations Lead will work within a small, experienced team to address complex challenges, support strategic partners, and develop mutually beneficial programs. The role involves a mix of operational support, strategic project execution, and shaping the team's long-term vision.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing long-term partnership strategies.
  • Executing strategic projects to serve partners and Opendoor.
  • Managing core partner functions such as lead management and payments.
  • Serving as a liaison between cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in a quantitative or analytical role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with technical implementations and product development.
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and strong organizational skills.
