Job Description

• Overseeing project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Developing and managing project plans and timelines.
• Tracking project progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for customers.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues to customers.
• Collaborating with customer-facing and product teams.
• Coordinating with engineering teams.
• Writing detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Developing and presenting project performance reports.
• Managing project budgets and financial risks.
• Identifying and implementing best practices for project management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on software development.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
• Ability to write clear and comprehensive SOWs.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
