Aspire.io is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Product team. The ideal candidate will be experienced, technically strong, and insight-obsessed, ready to shape how data powers decisions both internally and externally.Aspire.io is the world’s first word-of-mouth commerce platform that leverages a brand’s ambassadors, influencers, affiliates, customers, user-generated content, and social ads to accelerate marketing results across paid, owned, and earned channels.What this role involves:

• Owning and evolving the BI reporting stack.
• Defining the BI playbook and leading the technical strategy for the internal self-serve insights platform.
• Building scalable, high-quality data visualizations and dashboards.
• Embedding analytics into the product experience.
• Driving strategic analytics initiatives and partnering with company leadership.
• Centralizing organizational data into a unified analytics fabric.
• Identifying trends, anomalies, and causal relationships in business and product data.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize BI needs.

• 3+ years experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst at a SaaS company.
• Proven experience delivering self-serve BI solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Tableau, ETL tools (e.g. Stitch), and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent data visualization skills.
• Deep understanding of data structuring, modeling, and storytelling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to structure executive-level presentations.
• Self-starter mentality.
