SevenRooms is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities within the EMEA region. The SDR will research restaurants, hotels, and hospitality operators, creating outreach plans to demonstrate the benefits of the SevenRooms platform. This role involves identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects who align with the target customer profile, promoting the platform's guest experience and retention capabilities through introductory and discovery calls. The ideal candidate is curious, autonomous, and goal-focused, with the ability to build positive relationships.
What this role involves: - Prospecting and identifying potential clients through email outreach and cold calling.
- Engaging prospects to educate them about the advantages of SevenRooms.
- Managing an organized pipeline in Salesforce.com.
- Conducting outreach and research to discover new target markets and implement campaigns.
- Building relationships with prospects globally.
Requirements: - 1+ years of previous work experience, with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Experience with cold calling, sales training, and Salesforce.com is preferred.
- Incredible attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Comfort working autonomously in a quota-driven sales environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to excel when faced with challenges.
