Job Description
GR8 Tech is seeking a Talent Operations Specialist to manage employee and B2B contractor migration processes in Poland. The Talent Operations Specialist will handle HR administration, support the transition to B2B models, monitor labor law updates, manage occupational health and safety processes, and provide payroll input data. They will also prepare analytical reports and build relationships with immigration consultants.Role involves:
  • Building and managing the migration process for employees and B2B contractors in Poland.
  • Managing full HR administration for Polish employees and B2B contractors.
  • Supporting the transition to B2B models and Polish sole proprietorships.
  • Monitoring labor law and migration law updates.
  • Organizing and managing occupational health and safety processes.
  • Providing accurate payroll input data for salary calculations.
  • Preparing analytical reports for management.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with immigration consultants.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding and experience in handling migration processes in Poland.
  • Basic knowledge of Polish labor law.
  • Ability to calculate tax burdens and understand Polish taxation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers and large data sets.
  • Upper-intermediate or fluent English and Polish.
  • Ukrainian is a must.
  • Proficient communication skills.
