They are seeking a Customer Development Representative to join their team in Jacksonville, Florida. Responsibilities: - Attaining revenue and profit targets.
- Generating new leads and opportunities.
- Maintaining a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Leading renewal efforts and owning renewal documentation.
- Developing executive-level relationships.
- Tracking and selling ATS Industrial Parts Services.
- Adjusting contract pricing and scope.
- Ensuring timely payment from contracts.
- Maintaining ATS branding at contract sites.
- Collecting data and hosting Quarterly Business Review meetings.
- Maintaining account information in CRM.
- Onboarding new customer leadership.
- Developing growth campaigns with ATS Marketing.
- Leading internal account review meetings.
- Negotiating contract changes.
- Owning customer feedback programs.
- Developing strategies to sell and retain products.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Increasing profitable revenue.
- Consulting as a subject matter expert.
- Aligning client business objectives with ATS offerings.
- Supporting financial reviews and contract adjustments.
- Ensuring contract terms are understood.
Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 3 years documented track record in consultative services-led sales engagements.
- Minimum 3 years of experience engaging at Senior Executive level.
- Minimum 3 years experience developing and executing business strategies.
- Demonstrated innovation and understanding of client business drivers.
