Job Description
DoubleVerify is seeking a Senior Programmatic Account Manager for Scibids in France. This role involves working with and educating campaign managers and traders on leveraging Scibids software. The Account Manager will provide first-class service and increase product adoption among customers. This position requires strong problem-solving, teaching, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding new clients
  • Serving as the main point of contact for client questions and concerns
  • Leading training sessions to improve client knowledge and skills
  • Leading impact review sessions to demonstrate Scibids' ROI
  • Strategizing with sales leads to grow existing client business and acquire new business
  • Problem-solving in collaboration with the wider Scibids team
  • Providing first-class custom service

Qualifications:
  • Professional experience in programmatic trading, analytics, or customer success/account management in the programmatic space
  • Experience with at least two of the following DSPs: DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr
  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks simultaneously
  • Start-up environment experience is an asset
  • A can-do attitude with energy, drive, and enthusiasm
  • Ambition to grow your career as the company scales
  • Advanced mathematics studies or a maths major is an asset
