- Acting as a subject matter expert on top personas.
- Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Developing segment-specific messaging for verticals like HR, CX, and marketing.
- Creating sales enablement materials such as toolkits and pitch decks.
- Collaborating to produce customer-facing content, including demo videos and webpages.
- Partnering with the product team to influence feature development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product marketing or related roles, with SaaS experience.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Proven track record of supporting campaigns and creating targeted content.
- Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
- Strong collaboration and project management skills.
- Excellent decision-making, communication, and public speaking skills.
