  • Acting as a subject matter expert on top personas.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and customer needs.
  • Developing segment-specific messaging for verticals like HR, CX, and marketing.
  • Creating sales enablement materials such as toolkits and pitch decks.
  • Collaborating to produce customer-facing content, including demo videos and webpages.
  • Partnering with the product team to influence feature development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in product marketing or related roles, with SaaS experience.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
  • Proven track record of supporting campaigns and creating targeted content.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative research.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making, communication, and public speaking skills.
