Job Description

BTIG is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its TMT team in New York. This role involves providing transaction support to senior bankers on IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements, and M&A transactions. The associate will conduct financial analysis and modeling, manage projects, prepare client presentations, perform due diligence, and interact with clients.

• Providing transaction support to senior TMT bankers
• Conducting financial analysis and modeling
• Managing concurrent projects
• Preparing client presentations
• Performing due diligence
• Assisting in preparation of company marketing and transactions materials
• Interacting with clients during presentations and deal executions

Requirements include:

• Undergraduate degree in finance or economics with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, financial advisory or accounting firm
• Well-developed analytical and financial modeling expertise
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• SIE, series 63 & 79 licensing
