A groundbreaking on-chain mining platform is seeking a detail-oriented and outgoing HR Specialist to join their team in Singapore. The company is reshaping the mining industry by making cryptocurrency mining accessible to everyone. The HR Specialist will provide efficient and organized support in HR Operations and TA functions.
In this role, the HR Specialist will:
- Handle a full spectrum of HR Operations functions, including compensation & benefits, onboarding/offboarding procedures, staff movement, employee engagement, and employee relations.
- Oversee and manage monthly payroll calculation, tax filing, retirement fund administration and leave administration.
- Handle routine maintenance on HRIS and ensure all personal records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Support end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to offer negotiation and on-boarding for various roles within the organization.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate databases, and generate reports on pipeline activity.
- Research eligibility criteria, prepare funding applications, and track program requirements and deadlines for government funding programs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and supporting documentation for funding applications.
- Perform other ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as requested.
Requirements for this role include:
- Degree holders in HR, business administration, or a related discipline are preferred.
- 2+ years of working experience in HR Development or HR Operations role, preferably gained in start-up/ MNC.
- Candidates with C&B experience is required.
- Well-versed with the Singapore Employment Ordinance, Salary Tax Ordinance, and other related regulations.
- Experience in handling the hiring process will be a plus.
- Familiarity with using HRIS or any related systems is preferred; Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing employee engagement events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with company, candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in advanced usage of Microsoft Office.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
