Reddit is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Ad Formats Foundations team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the infrastructure of ad formats, ensuring developer efficiency, and maintaining system reliability. The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers across iOS, Android, Web, and Backend domains, driving projects related to infrastructure, compliance, and developer efficiency. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of ad formats at Reddit, supporting the company's advertising business.
Role involves:
- Leading and managing a team of engineers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Driving infrastructure updates and tech stack migrations.
- Ensuring compliance and system stability.
- Participating in the full development cycle.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience partnering with product managers and designers.
- Knowledge of full stack product development practices.
- Knowledge/experience with Ad Tech.
- Knowledge/experience with social products.
