Project Manager - Finance Operations

Job Description

Tide is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager in Finance Operations to drive critical projects focused on strengthening the control environment and significantly reducing operational risk. The role requires a dynamic individual with a proven ability to deliver complex projects at pace, while effectively collaborating with diverse teams and managing senior stakeholder expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects that enhance internal controls, streamline processes, and mitigate potential risks across various operational areas.

This position demands a strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Role involves:

• Developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Employing appropriate project management methodologies.
• Identifying and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitoring project progress and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborating and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Providing regular project updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least six years of work experience in finance, consulting, technology, or operations.
• Experience in delivering complex projects spanning multiple work streams and functional areas.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused and a team player.
• Comfortable in a 1 Year contract role.
