Tide is seeking a KYC Quality Assurance Analyst to join their team in Bulgaria. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity of Tide's financial services by ensuring accuracy and compliance within KYC processes. The QA team is dedicated to safeguarding customer information and adhering to regulatory requirements, contributing to a seamless and secure customer experience.
The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for:
- Monthly QA review of mKYC & reKYC tickets.
- Proposing improvements to existing processes.
- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Assisting in the preparation of new procedures.
- Providing feedback to management on performance and compliance.
- Compiling statistics on the speed and quality of work.
Tide requires the following qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of KYC processes and AML regulations.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency with tools for creating reports and dashboards.
