Job Description
IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a System Engineer - Client Solutions to join their team in Cebu. The System Engineer will be responsible for:
- Administering and maintaining a Client Management Infrastructure for Windows, Mac OSX, Linux & mobile devices
- Working with Microsoft solutions such as Active Directory, INTUNE, Entra, MECM
- Interconnecting and collaborating on new, high-performance infrastructures and applications
- Driving automation of administrative processes
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of IT work experience
- Familiarity with VOIP and telephony systems (managing, implementing)
- Experience with Windows Client systems and Mac OSX on an enterprise scale
- Knowledge of managing INTUNE and Entra ID/Active Directory
- Administering and understanding of "Google Workspace" products and solutions
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols
- Knowledge of Atlassian products (JIRA, JSM, Confluence)
- Fluent English language skills (B2/C1 minimum)
