System Engineer - Core Platform

Job Description

IONOS, a leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, is seeking a System Engineer for their Cebu location. The ideal candidate will administer and maintain Hyper-V cluster farms, Active Directories, and Entra Tenants. They will collaborate on new infrastructures and drive automation of administrative processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Administering and maintaining a Hyper-V cluster farm and Active Directories as well as Entra Tenants, including their peripheral systems.
• Interconnecting and collaborating on new, high-performance infrastructures and implementing them.
• Driving automation of administrative processes in the system landscape to reduce the load of recurring tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4+ years’ experience Windows stack administration.
• Practical experience with current Windows Server systems.
• Knowledge of managing Microsoft Hyper-V, System Center Suite, Failover Cluster, and Active Directory as well as mail systems.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and standard internet protocols.
• Fluent English language skills. B2/C1 (English CV required).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace.
